Buzz into the World of Bees: Field Trip!

Join us for an afternoon visit to the apiary at Field’s Farms in Bend! This hands-on field session is scheduled from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, preceding our May club meeting focused on "Advancements in Hive Monitoring."

Visit the hives under the guidance of OMB volunteers and Dr. Dewey M. Caron, Emeritus Professor of Entomology & Wildlife Ecology. Dr. Caron will enrich the experience with his insights into bee behavior and hive management.

Important Notes:

Registration is required.
Veils will be provided, but please bring your protective gear to ensure your safety.
