Our last meeting of 2026!

Bring some of your 2026 honey harvest and join us for a honey-themed potluck!

1. Taste local honey. Bring about ¼ cup of your honey to share. Jenn will help us explore what fragrance and flavor can tell us about where our bees have been foraging.
2. Test your honey’s moisture. Learn how to use a refractometer to measure moisture content!
3. Learn about honey bourbon. Allen will share his tips for making one of his most popular honey creations.
4. Label your jars. Learn what to include on a honey label to meet legal requirements.
5. Bring your hive creations. Have something made with honey, beeswax, or another hive product? Bring it for show and tell. Members may also bring up to two items to offer for sale.
6. Donate a jar to NeighborImpact. Bring an extra jar of honey if you can and help us share the harvest with our community.

Honey Potluck

Bring an appetizer, main dish, dessert, or other food made with honey to share.
